i am in the middle of making the "quilt sandwich"right now for mackenzie's birthday present. i'm also in the middle of a new dress for her (pics to come soon) and about a gazillion other projects left either on my needles or in a pile by the sewing machine. even though that's the case in my house, i thought why not add another quilt block to the list. what's another project when you already have tons in the works?

i adore the curves and lines of this block and thought that if not used for a quilt it would make fabulous coasters - which are also on my soon to be made list. you can find this free tutorial for the drunkard's path block here at "the sometimes crafter".
